Chicken Pasta Bake

Chicken Pasta Bake is on of my mother in laws specialities, but I have taken the recipe and changed it a bit and added bits here and there.
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
2 cans of condensed chicken soup
1 1/2 cups white wine
2 large onions chopped finely
6 bacon rashers chopped up small
500g of pasta
Small can of sweetcorn (or any vegetable you like. I’ve used brocolli, carrots and peas before and all are quite tasty!
Grated cheddar cheese for the top
- Cut the chicken into small strips and fry with bacon and onions until golden.
- Boil the pasta for half the time it says on the pack (if its easy cook pasta that takes 6 minutes then boil for 3).
- In a jug mix the 2 cans of condensed soup with one can of water and the wine.
- Pour pasta into a casserole dish with the bacon, chicken and corn and pour the soup/ wine mixture on top. Stir throughly.
- Top with grated cheddar and a sprinkle of some black pepper.
- Cook at 180degreesC for about half an hour.
